Paul

While I was on my way to work the other day I saw my neighbor Paul who is in his late 50's early 60's walking down the street.  I see him almost every single morning walking.  Come heat, rain, sleet or snow Paul is out there walking.  The only time I do not see him is when I leave the house before 5:00AM or if I sleep in that day.  He is a great example of an "active person.  What have you done consistantly for your body to be "active"?  So, why don't you take a month and try doing some continuous activity for 30 minutes or more, 4 times per week.  Try to  pick something you'll enjoy like biking, rowing, swimming etc...Until next time...
